THE THIRD ASSEMBLY Standing Orders of the Third Assembly The Standing Orders of the Third Assembly were drafted and approved by the Secretary of State for Wales in Spring 2007. These Standing Orders lay down the procedural framework within which the National Assembly for Wales must operate in its Third term and address changes instigated by the Government of Wales Act 2006.
